Refund and Returns Policy

1. Deposits Are Non-Refundable
All projects require a 50% deposit.
Deposits cover time, booking, planning, and initial work.
2. Refunds Before Work Starts
If NO work has begun, we may offer a partial refund, minus administrative costs.
3. Refunds After Work Has Started
Refunds are not available once the project has begun.
4. Digital Products / Design Work
Due to the nature of digital services:

Logos
-
Branding
-
Apps
-
Marketing campaigns
Refunds are not available once delivered.
5. Project Cancellation by Client
If a client cancels during the project:

Deposit is non-refundable

Additional work done will be charged
6. Project Cancellation by Lumo Pulse
If WE cancel for any reason:

We will offer a fair partial refund

Completed work will be handed over
